Lloyd Jerpbak has been banking since 1963. He came to Crow River in 1989, and is the principal shareholder of the bank.

Dwight Bacon
President and CEO
Director

Mr. Bacon started his banking career in April of 1966 with the "Community State Bank of Bloomington". Upon the sale of the bank in the spring of 1987, Mr. Bacon left the banking industry and pursued other business interests until August 1988, at which time he joined the Northern Bank of Anoka as their Chief Operating Officer. Following the sale of that bank, Mr. Bacon became involved, as general partner, in a wholesale auto business until 2004, at which time he joined the Crow River State Bank as its Executive Vice President and in June 2005 became the bank's President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mark started with First Bank System in Worthington, MN in 1974. He moved to the Lake Minnetonka area in October, 1977 working with Bank of the Lakes in Navarre, MN. He joined Crow River Bank in December 1995 and has run our Mound location since 1997. In October of 2007, he celebrated his 30th anniversary as a community banker in the Lake Minnetonka area. Darlene Henry
Chief Operations Officer

Darlene Henry began her banking career in 1982 at Buffalo National Bank in Buffalo, MN. She joined Crow River as a part time teller in 1985. She has been key to making Crow River Bank what it is today.

Tom Screeden
Senior Vice President
Commercial Lending

Tom began his banking career at Crow River Bank in 1993 after working for five years at ITT Finance as a consumer lender. He worked for Crow River Bank for nine years as a personal banker, mortgage lender, and vice president. Tom went to Bankwest in 2002 where he worked as vice president with a primary emphasis on commercial lending. Now Tom is back at the Crow as Senior Vice President and commercial lender. Tom has lived in Delano since 1994 and is glad to be working once again in Delano.

Patrick Baumgard
Vice President

Patrick Baumgard has 13 years of banking experience. Ten of those years have been with Crow River. Patrick has also been an active member of the Delano Jaycees for several years.

Jim Krantz
Vice President Mortgage Division

Jim came to Crow River Bank in 2009 after relocating back home to Minnesota from Colorado. While in Colorado, Jim maintained a Mortgage Brokerage business which developed into a very successful multi-state retail origination Mortgage Banker/Brokerage enterprise. In his 14 years as a Mortgage Professional, Mr. Krantz has served on the Board of Directors for numerous companies including other Bank(s) with similar growth strategies to Crow River Bank. Jim joins the team at Crow River Bank as a proud husband and father. His love of the outdoors and passion for hockey and football make Minnesota the perfect place to call home.

Betsy Brady
Assistant Vice President

Originally hired by Mark Winter at First National Bank of the Lakes in 1986, Betsy joing the Crow River team in January of 1997. Not soon after she moved on to our Mound office in March of 1997 where she now maintains the title of Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President.

Joel Brunner

Business Development

Joel has been in banking for over 8 years in various aspects of the industry. He started his banking career as a Teller in 2001 and worked his way up to Personal Banker, Branch Manager and Community Business Banking. He has always been a community conscious individual who concentrates on keeping business local. He enjoys volunteering for non-profits that aim to help those less fortunate whatever the cause may be. His hobbies include volunteering, working out, running, golf and motorcycle riding.

Sharon Hagelin
Auditor

Sharon joined the Crow River Bank staff in 1994 as a member of the Bank's Bookkeeping and Drive-up Teller staff and was later transferred to several other operational positions which included Supervisor of the Bank's Bookkeeping Department. In 2004, she was assigned the position of Internal Auditor and received her CCBIA audit certification sponsored by the Independent Community Banker's Association in the same year. In 2006, Sharon was promoted to position of Officer and continues to be responsible as the Bank's Internal Auditor.

Kathy Scott
Branch Manager
Mound Office

Kathy is our new branch manager in Mound. She has over 25 years of banking experience and has been with the Crow River Bank for the past five years. Kathy prides herself on providing great service to our customers and she is happy to be working in our Mound office. Besides banking, Kathy enjoys fishing and attending NASCAR and sprint car races.

Janie Skinner
Personal Banker

Janie Skinner began her banking career in 1971 at the State Bank of Mound. She then spent 2 years working at a bank in Texas, and upon returning to Minnesota and the Minnetonka Lakes area to work at an additional 2 banks before joining Crow River in 2003.
