- Earnings credit will be equal to the 3 Month US Treasury Bill Discount Rate, less 1% and shall be the rate in effect on the last business day of the preceding month. The credit will be calculated on the average daily collected balance less a 10% reserve requirement.

- Those accounts having a negative available balance during a statement cycle will be charged a fee equivalent to the Wall Street Journal U.S. Prime Rate plus 2% for the number of days the available balance is negative. The rate is determined by using the Wall Street U.S. Prime Rate in effect on the last business day of the preceding month.
